Sign-Up Deadline: To get the above pricing, you must complete the Trip Application, complete the Epic Product Order Form, and place a $600 trip deposit No Later Than July 31, 2023. The advertised price includes a 5 Day Restricted Epic pass for Heavenly at $304, and this price will increase as we get closer to ski season. Any increases in the cost of the Epic product that occur prior to the submission of the Epic Product Order Form will be added to the individual’s trip cost. We’ll provide updates on Epic product pricing change dates as we receive them.
If you are going on both the Heavenly Valley trip and the Telluride trip,and plan to ski at least one additional day at an Epic Resort, you can save some money by upgrading to an EPIC Season Pass, but it MUST be purchased thru the Telluride trip. There are pricing differences between the 2 resorts and the Heavenly restricted pass is NOT accepted at Telluride.
